Agreement
These terms govern your use of aelo.ai (the "site"), operated by Aelo AI Ltd (company number 16344208) — "Aelo", "we", "us". By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.
Early access
Aelo is a product in active development. Everything on this site — features, agents, integrations, timelines and pricing — describes what we are building and offering during early access, and may change before or after launch. The site is provided for information and for joining the waitlist; it is not an offer of a finished service.
The waitlist
- You agree to give accurate details — your real name, a working email address and a store or website you are genuinely connected to.
- Joining the waitlist reserves your interest; it does not guarantee access. We onboard a limited number of brands and may prioritise at our discretion.
- Early-access pricing shown on the pricing page reflects the current founder offer and is confirmed at onboarding.
- How we handle the details you submit is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload the waitlist endpoint, submit automated or fraudulent entries, or misrepresent who you are. We may remove entries and block access where we see abuse.
Content and ownership
The Aelo name, logo, design and all content on this site belong to Aelo AI Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to link to the site.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about the site's availability or accuracy, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Aelo develops. Changes appear on this page with an updated date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
