Who we are
This website, aelo.ai, is operated by Aelo AI Ltd (company number 16344208), referred to in this policy as "Aelo", "we" or "us". Our offices are listed in the footer of this site: The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG, United Kingdom, and Nasab, KOA Canvas, Wadi Al Safa 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Aelo is in early access. This policy covers this website and its waitlist. When the Aelo platform launches, a fuller policy covering the product will replace it.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively give us plus the minimum needed to run the site safely:
- Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address and the store or website address you provide, together with the time of submission.
- Technical data. At the moment you submit the form we record your IP address and browser user-agent string. We use these solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our server keeps short-lived operational logs of requests for reliability and security.
What we don't do
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
- We collect nothing from you unless you submit the waitlist form.
How we use your information
- To contact you about Aelo early access and onboarding for the store you told us about.
- To operate, secure and rate-limit the waitlist itself.
Where it's stored
Waitlist submissions are stored on our hosting infrastructure, provided by Railway (hosted in the United States). Hosting providers process data on our behalf as infrastructure only.
Third-party font services
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. When your browser requests those font files, those services receive standard request data such as your IP address and user agent, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details for as long as the early-access programme runs, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them entirely. Until a dedicated privacy contact address is published on this page, you can reach us by writing to either office address above, and we will honour requests received that way.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes — for example, adding analytics — will be reflected here before they take effect.
